feat: 更新会员套餐页面权益显示

- 添加免费用户卡片，显示可用权益
- 免费用户：重新翻译✅、导出PDF✅、对比查看❌
- 基础会员：增加对比查看功能
- 专业会员：完整功能列表
- 功能对比表同步更新
