## 心跳任务

在每次心跳时检查并执行以下任务：

### 1. 每日对话总结

检查 `memory/heartbeat-state.json` 中的 `lastSummaryDate`：
- 如果日期不是今天，且当前时间在 00:00-08:00 之间
- 总结昨天的对话内容，保存到 `memory/YYYY-MM-DD.md`（昨天日期）
- 更新 `lastSummaryDate` 为今天

**执行时机**: 每天第一次心跳落在凌晨时段时执行（不精确，但保证每天最多一次）
